Vivian Crotts

Vivian Crotts, 75, of Washington died at 2:54 p.m. Monday, May 10, 2010, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Born June 4, 1934, to Vera and Surl Johnston in Bakersfield, Mo., she was raised by her mother and stepfather, Fred Johnston.

She married Edward Crotts Oct. 11, 1950, in Viola, Ark.  He died Dec. 1, 2006, in Washington.

Surviving are four children, Keith Crotts of Rushville, Dale (Laura) Crotts, Gary Crotts and Julie (Craig) Rogers, all of Washington; three siblings, Guy (Betty) and Freddy (Tina) Johnston, and Bonnie Cunningham, all of Bakersfield, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Peggy Crotts.

She worked in the print industry for many years at International Paper and later retired from WebKote.

Services will were Saturday at Faith Christian Centre in Washington. The Rev. Rick Brisbin officiated. Visitation was prior to services at the church. 

Burial was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton.

Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Christian Centre for their annual Vacation Bible School.
