JoAnn Cunningham, 69, of Washington, died at 2:40 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, at her residence.

Born Nov. 1, 1938, in Los Angeles to Harry Ray and Sylvia Marie Hayden Field, she married Donald R. Cunningham Feb. 23, 1959, in Rogersville, Mo. He survives.

Also surviving are four sons, Michael (Debbie) Cunningham of Philo, Larry (Betsy) Cunningham of Germantown Hills, Mark (Nancy) Cunningham of Metamora and Darren (Jenni) Cunningham of Bartonville; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death one brother, Donald Ray Field.

She was a supplies buyer for Illinois Central College, where she worked for more than 30 years.

She was a member of Highview Christian Church in Washington.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today. The Rev. Linda McKinney will officiate.

Visitation was at the church Tuesday. Deiters Funeral Home in Washington is in charge of arrangements. 

Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
