Concerts and live music highlight this weekend in Tazewell County.

Tazewell Art Loop Fourth Fridays

What: On the fourth Friday of each month from April to August artists, businesses and organizations will be partnering for a showcase of Morton’s arts scene.  You’ll find local art, mingle with the artists, view featured exhibits, take in performance demonstrations, hear live music and entertainment, explore local shops and restaurants and more. 

Where: Various locations in Morton

When: Friday, July 26, 5 to 8 p.m.

Downtown Pekin Super Cruise

What: A two day showcase of motorcycles and classic cars in Downtown Pekin. Live music, food vendors and even a beer garden on Friday.

Where: Downtown Pekin 

When: Bike Night on Friday, July 26, 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Downtown Cruise on Saturday, July 27, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Dement-Zinser House Tour

What: The Washington Historical Society invites area residents to step back in time and glimpse a piece of local history. The Dement-Zinser House is the only standing Greek Revival House in Washington, and was added to the National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places in 2002. 

Where: 105 Zinser Place, Washington

When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Five Points Summer Jam

What: Washington music festival benefitting St. Jude Runs featuring The Blank Stairs, Aileeah Colgan, Teddy Robb, and SmithField. Food trucks, drinks and outdoor games supplement the music.

Where: Five Points Outdoor Event Space, 360 N. Wilmor Rd, Washington, Ill. 

When: Saturday, July 27, 4:30 to 11 p.m.

Cost: Tickets $20

Cure in the Country

What: A concert featuring Craig Gerdes with food trucks and drinks with proceeds benefiting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.

Where: The Red Barn, 32597 Hay Road, Mackinaw, Ill.

When: Saturday, July 27 from 5:30 to 11 p.m.

Cost: Tickets are $12
