To all in the Washington community:
WOW! You really went all out for us. You donated 4,580 pounds of food to your local food pantry in the U.S. Post Office’s Stamp Out Hunger campaign. We also send along a big thank you to those wonderful postal workers who collected all that food. Great appreciation goes to the high school’s Leadership Challenge group and their sponsor, Mr. Sluder, for transporting to and stacking all that food at our pantry’s garage space. Blessings on all of you who participated from all of the volunteers at WHIP, Washington Helps Its People.
