To those who find it necessary to run early in the morning on Cruger Road.
Please wear reflective clothing. You very seldom even wear something light colored. It is difficult enough to see and avoid you in the early morning light, but today it was very foggy and I could not see you until I was just behind you. I am concerned with your safety and mine.
