Robert N. Zulian, 86, of Washington, died at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010, at Snyder Village in Metamora.
Born Oct. 13, 1923, in Iantha, Mo., to Andrew and Mary Castalaz Zulian, he married Bonnie L. Wimer in Lamar, Mo., Oct. 16, 1949. She survives.
Also surviving are one brother, Frank (Lillian) Zulian of Kansas City and one sister-in-law, Delores Zulain of Tulsa.
Zulian was employed as a banker at Washington State Bank in Washington. Prior to that time, he had been a banker at Citizens State Bank of Granby in Granby, Mo., and a farm manager for Central National Bank and Commercial National Bank in Peoria. He also served as a bank director for Cuba Sate Bank and Onarga State Bank.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
Services were Sunday at Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar. Burial followed in Morehead Cemetery.
Military rites were accorded.
