Beverly J. Fager, 73, of Washington. died at 2:59 a.m. Thursday, Aug, 12, 2010, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center emergency room in Peoria.
Born June 3, 1937, in Ava, to William L. and Eula D. Qualls Bastien, she married William Harlen Fager July 23, 1954, in Murphysboro.  He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Barbara (Kenny) Childers and Kristal Fager, both of Washington; two sons, Daryl (Debbie) Fager of East Peoria, and Dave (Laura) Fager of Washington; five brothers, Bob Bastien of Arizona, Gilbert (Linda) Bastien of Murphysboro, Mike (Donna) Bastien of Carterville, Don (Becky) Bastien of Colt, Ariz., and Terry (Angie) Bastien of Marion, Ariz.; five sisters, Sharon (Gerald) Hartline of Murphysboro, Marilyn Ridings of Marion, Carolyn (Cecil) Clover of Vergennes, Sandy (Fred) Stroud of Carterville, and Delores (Jack) Perkins of Marion; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna and Debra.
She worked as a cashier at Thompson Food Basket in Washington for many years.  
Funeral services were Monday at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington. The Rev. Jack Melton officiated. Visitation was Sunday at the funeral home.  
Burial was at Glendale Cemetery.
