Nicholas A. Rogers, 11, of Washington, died at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at OSF Saint Francis Hospital in Peoria after an acute asthma attack.
He was born on Aug. 23, 1998, in Peoria to Kay A. and Christine Keller Rogers.
Surviving are his parents, Christine and Marty Johnson and Kay and Pam Rogers, all of Washington; four brothers, Aaron Adams, Andrew Rogers, Matthew Johnson, Austin Johnson; and two sisters, Brittney Adams and Chloe Rogers, of Washington.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marden Johnson; one cousin, Dallas Atherton; and one uncle, Jeff McKinney.
Services were Monday at Crossroads United Methodist Church in Washington. The Rev. Bob DeBolt officiated.  Visitation was Sunday at Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington and Monday prior to services.  
Burial was in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
Memorials may be made to the Nicholas Rogers Memorial Fund, c/o Washington Community Bank.
