PEORIA — The body of a Macomb man, who had been missing for two days, was found Tuesday by deputies with the McDonough County Sheriff's Office.

Details on where John Schauble, 73, was located or what led to his demise weren't available. According to a post on the Macomb Police Department's Facebook page, Sheriff Nicholas Petitgout will have a news release at a later time.

Schauble went missing on Sunday and had suffered from health-related issues. It was believed he was traveling toward Macomb from Canton during the snowstorm Sunday.
