Dustin Ziegler of Washington concluded play Monday in the rain-delayed U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship at Atlanta National Golf Club in Milton, Ga.

Ziegler shot a two-round total of 160 and missed advancing to the 64-player match-play portion of the tournament. The cut line came at 145.

Ziegler carded 10-over-par 81 Monday at Atlanta National Golf Club to go with his 9-over 79 Saturday at Capital City Club in Atlanta. The second round of stroke play was postponed one day because of the impact of Tropical Depression Nate.

Bradford Tilley of Easton, Conn., shot 136 to claim medalist honors and earn the top seed for match play.

Ziegler earned a spot in the 264-player U.S. Mid-Am from an August qualifier at Mt. Hawley Country Club in Peoria, where the 2002 Peoria Men’s City champion topped the field with 3-under 69.
