Video: Cherry Festival attracts carnival goers

Washington, Ill. -
Cherry Festival is underway with scores of people participating in the first of two armband nights for carnival rides provided by Illinois Valley Rides.
Carnival rides will be open from 1 to 10 p.m Friday and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday with armbands available for $15. The armband allows unlimited rides from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
