MORE IDEAS - FRAME EDITION!

More ideas on how to customize your own frame!

Okay first of all I am so sick of being sick I could scream!  The last three years I have been sick from the end of December to March it seems.  I have fired my immune system and am looking for an immediate replacement.  Job requirements include protecting me from germs (beating them with a stick when necessary); encasing me in a germ proof bubble when going out in public; walking six feet in front of me spraying germ killer into the air and onto all objects I may touch; purchasing germ killer, germ proof bubble, stick, and hospital masks.  There may be other requirements but being sick makes my brain foggy (add to the list brain defogging).  Speaking of brain defogging...why did nobody tell me I wrote WALL HANGING ADDITION instead of EDITION?!?!  I felt pretty dumb (seriously red face and everything) when I read that and have, in fact, gone back to change it.  I told my husband, who laughed at me and asked how long it had been out there.  Note to self: don't tell husband any future embarrassing things I do.  Anyway...onto the pretty things!

You have already seen a picture of the CIS frame that I did.  I told you the possibilities were endless when it comes to customizing these frames and now I am submitting photographic proof...

Here is a set I did for a friend when she moved into her new house.  I absolutely love these customized with a child's name!

Close up of the boys' frames.

Close up of the girl's frame.  Notice how I "girlied it up" with a tie in the ribbon and the little heart as a dot over the I.  Little details can make a huge difference in your finished product.

Here is one I did a little differently.  It is customized with names and wedding date and made with the couple's wedding colors.

A close up of the lettering, I embossed it to add a little fanciness to it.

Here is one I painted!  I added detail by using a contrasting color with a stencil.  I love this one, it has a little sparkle in the stenciled area...so pretty!

Here is another one made with patterned paper!  Step by step instructions on how to create this one coming up next!

Hopefully I haven't made any huge grammatical errors this time, if so I blame germs and will be reviewing resumes this week!  Okay I went back to double check my spelling and grammar and this is what I found "little heart as a dot over the eye".  Apparently homophones are my grammatical kryptonite right now.
