UPDATED: City search narrowing

The Washington City Council met in special session Monday night at Five Points Washington to discuss the next step in its search for a new city administrator.

After coming out of the closed session, the council voted unanimously to allow City Attorney Richard Russo to negotiate a contract with a city administrator candidate.
