Bobbie Sailor, 78, of Washington, died at 8:55 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at his home.
Born Feb. 15, 1931, in Mt. Vernon to Allen and Ruth Staggs Sailor, he married Treva Coil Oct. 29, 1950, in Keenes. She survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Dianna (Michael) Grebner  and Connie Sailor, both of Washington, Debra (Dan) Wilson of Keller, Tex., and Linda Sailor of Springfield; three sisters, Aldene Johnson of Edmond, Okla., Betty Payne of Wayne City, and Brenda Howard of Washington; eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 13 step- great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
He was a tool and die maker at Caterpillar Tractor Co. for 32 years before retiring in 1981. After retirement, he worked as a tour guide for Caterpillar Tractor Co.
Services were Nov. 24 at Dieters Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington with visitation prior to services. The Rev. Evan Williams officiated. Burial was in Spring Bay Cemetery.
